Data reporting from the field is often hindered by unstable internet connections and applications that are too heavy for volunteers' devices. Manually sending data via standard text messages is highly prone to human error and makes it difficult to automatically recalculate results in a short amount of time.

Solution Provided

We provide a WhatsApp BOT powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP) that allows volunteers to submit vote counts through simple chat messages. The system automatically validates data formats, extracts numerical values, and integrates them directly into the central database in real-time, making the recapitulation process significantly more practical, lightweight, and accurate.
